Meet Johan & Karla
Hands-On Vodacom Franchise Leaders With Decades Of Experience
Johan and Karla bring more than 70 years of combined Vodacom retail franchise store experience to Vodacom 4U Cradlestone Mall. Their approach is hands-on, personal, and focused on helping West Rand customers receive clear advice, trusted support, and a better Vodacom experience.
Johan holds qualifications in Accounting, Investment Management, Accounting Honours, and Financial Accounting Honours. Karla holds qualifications in Psychology and Psychology Honours. Together, they have received many Vodacom awards over the past 30+ years, including Best Dealer recognition, more than 20 Service Excellence awards, and other achievements.
After operating stores across Westgate, Horizon View, Princess Crossing, Witpoortjie, Randpark Ridge, Southgate Mall, Maponya Mall, Fourways Mall, Sunnypark, and Southgate Value Market, they chose to focus their full attention on one store in the West Rand. Their goal is to bring their experience, product knowledge, and care for the local community into one focused retail operation at Cradlestone Mall.

Johan has spent more than 30 years in Vodacom retail and brings strong operational experience to the store. He is committed to helping customers receive clear advice, practical guidance, and dependable support.
Karla
Karla has more than 30 years of Vodacom retail experience and plays an active role in the store. Her focus is personal service, genuine care, and helping customers feel welcome and supported.
